FOR THE YOU,
YOU DON’T YET KNOW
Straightforward counseling for people who want guidance, tools, and connection.
SILENT SUFFERING… IS STILL SUFFERING.
To the outside world, you’re seen as a pretty “together” person who’s hard-working, accomplished and self-sufficient. When life gets tough, you buck up, soldier on and “never let ’em see you bleed.” As far as anyone knows, you’re winning at life.
But this outward appearance hides the silent truth.
You’re actually miserable. You feel out of control and like a fraud. You’re not taking care of yourself, your relationships are distant and sour, and you’re wasting more time than you’d like to admit in front of the tv or on social media.
You’re stuck. Life feels like an endless rat race that you’re never gonna win. Truth be told, you’re sick of struggling and want to throw in the towel.
You can’t see a way out of the despair.
You. Feel. Desperate.
Emotional pain is silent and invisible, but it cripples our lives.
You bottle up your pain and keep a tight lid on it, because that’s what “strong” people do.
But… sometimes it seeps out as anger and hurts the people you love.
Or… you’re drained of energy and can barely face each morning.
And this makes everything worse.
So you push the misery; the sadness, hurt, anger, or loneliness, down deeper and shut down even more. You become robotic. Your health, your mood, your productivity and your relationships all suffer.
You’re ready to get in control of your life again. You want to be happy, confident, and connected to the people you love.
You’re ready to live better, to keep the promises you’ve made to yourself and others, and to be the individual you know you can be!
And this means that you’re HERE and ready to give therapy a shot.
Honestly, I’m so proud of you!
(Because therapy is NOT for wimps. It takes real strength and courage.)
At Therapy Mudita, you and I will work together to bring your true and BEST self forward. We will clearly define what needs to be adjusted and we’ll develop strategic solutions to meet your goals. And you’ll develop the skills you need to improve your health, to uplift your mood and to strengthen your relationships.
Therapy will be the solution you’ve been seeking. It WILL help, I promise!
We can get stuck in a mindset and behaviors that don’t serve us.

– ABOUT ME-
Sarah Keyeski, MA, Licensed Professional Counselor
Hi! I’m Sarah and I’ve been a mental health therapist for over 20 years. I’m kind, direct, creative, compassionate and informed. And as a girl who grew up on a dairy farm, I’m also down-to-earth, relatable and I love to laugh, (Therapy is important work, but it doesn’t have to be stale and stuffy.)
My Beautiful Blended Family
Yep, I’ve got SIX kids with my husband of 13 years (plus 1 dog & 6 chickens)! We are a happy bunch of complex individuals living life together, but our journey has not been without hardship… we’ve all experienced the pain of divorce and the challenges of parenting between two homes. It hasn’t been easy, but it has given me great insights to help guide others.
– CLIENT TESTIMONIALS –
“When I first started working with Sarah I would say that I was in a state of confusion; unsure of what direction to go in my life and lacked the confidence to trust that I would make the right decision. Sarah listened attentively to me. She never rushed me. She was warm and accepting. She showed empathy. She helped me to recognize that I am not alone in my struggles. Sarah provided me with critical feedback helping me not only to have better insight about myself but also to see the perspectives of others. Through my work with Sarah I now feel more confident in myself, I engage in less personalization, and have better relationships in my family. I am truly thankful to have had Sarah be my mental health mentor.”
“Sarah is a kind, compassionate soul with the capabilities to endure and absorb an overload of broken and negative energy. She helped me into a better place with patience, kindness, and a genuine empathy that I have never experienced throughout a lifetime of struggles. For me, Sarah has been the shelter from the storm that I have needed to safely rest and heal in order to become less fearful and more functional in my day to day life.”
~ Christopher (44)
“Sarah is very connected to how I feel and where I am. She always manages to get me out of the hole and back on the positive track! I am never afraid to say anything to her. Not judgmental and always ready to share a story and smile.”
~ Hope (63)
“Sarah walks with us on this journey as a friend and fellow being on the path of life, radiating God’s goodness and grace, through her compassionate care, kindness and concern for the sacred Other.”
